Service Description

We repair all commercial coffee grinder makes and models. We specialize in Mazzer, Ditting and Mahlkonig​. Troubleshooting and diagnosing broken or failed systems in your machine, and ordering replacement parts if necessary to repair. *** Our standard service rate is $198 per hour ($249 after hours). A minimum of two hours is charged on all field service appointments. After that, service is charged in 15-minute (.25) increments. Additional costs for parts and labor will be billed at the time of service. All work is guaranteed for seven days. All parts are under warranty for one year, excluding electronics ***
