The Slayer Espresso v3 provides flow rate control through Slayer's patented needle valve, so baristas can grind finer and extract espresso with a flavor and mouthfeel few machines can match. Each group has its own brew tank for temperature stability, and a dedicated steam tank provides unlimited steam capacity.
A 3-position actuator on each group shifts between flow rates, a programmable pre-brew timer toggles between pre-brew and full flow, and a supplemental pre-heat tank keeps a near-infinite supply of temperature-stable water and steam. The standard configuration has silver powder-coated X's, black powder-coated rear and side panels, and actuators in European Ash, and every machine can be customized with your choice of wood, panel color, metal finishes, and cup rails.
