Service Description

Espresso Machine Preventative Maintenance Description, (depending on how often it gets done.) We recommend twice per year. Annual Service (3.5 hours estimated) Rebuild Steam Valves Replace Steam Boiler Vacuum Breaker Replace Pressure Safety Valve Water Quality Test Group Head Temperature Test Group Head Pressure Test Group Gasket Replacement Group Screen Replacement Three Month Service (2 Hours estimated) Water Quality Test Group Head Temperature Test Group Head Pressure Test Group Gasket Replacement Group Screen and Screw Replacement Six Month Service (3.5 hours estimated) Rebuild Steam Valves Water Quality Test Group Head Temperature Test Group Head Pressure Test Group Gasket Replacement Group Screen and Screw Replacement Nine Month Service (2 hours estimated) Water Quality Test Group Head Temperature Test Group Head Pressure Test Group Gasket Replacement Group Screen and Screw Replacement *** Our standard service rate is $198 per hour ($249 after hours). A minimum of two hours is charged on all field service appointments. After that, service is charged in 15-minute (.25) increments. Additional costs for parts and labor will be billed at the time of service. All work is guaranteed for seven days. All parts are under warranty for one year, excluding electronics ***
