Service Description

Installing coffee equipment is not as simple as setting the machine down and plugging it in. Many equipment manufactures have very specific requirements for installation. Installing your equipment incorrectly could void your equipment warranty. Moreover, your equipment may not work to its full potential, or worse cause damage to your facility or injury to your personnel. In our two hour site survey we'll discuss with the specific needs of each piece of equipment and ensure that the electrical and plumbing system will meet the equipment's needs. We'll also review your building plans to ensure the equipment placement maximizes the anticipated workflow. *** Our standard service rate is $198 per hour ($249 after hours). A minimum of two hours is charged on all field service appointments. After that, service is charged in 15-minute (.25) increments. Additional costs for parts and labor will be billed at the time of service. All work is guaranteed for seven days. All parts are under warranty for one year, excluding electronics ***
