Service Description

Professional coffee equipment requires professional installation. Many, if not all, coffee equipment manufacturers require professional installation, as well as specific electrical and plumbing services to be connected to the machine. Not following equipment manufacturer recommendations may void your equipment warranty. Moreover, your equipment may not work to its full potential. In the worst scenario, improper installation of your coffee equipment may lead to injury to your staff or damage to your facility. Our Coffee Equipment Installation service includes verifying proper electrical and plumbing supply and then connecting of your equipment to the building's existing utilities. This service also includes a startup process and bench test to ensure all systems are operating correctly. *** Our standard service rate is $198 per hour ($249 after hours). A minimum of two hours is charged on all field service appointments. After that, service is charged in 15-minute (.25) increments. Additional costs for parts and labor will be billed at the time of service. All work is guaranteed for seven days. All parts are under warranty for one year, excluding electronics ***
